Junior Kristian Bryant is a first-year staff member. She’s always loved reading articles and informational pieces and thought she’d test the waters of writing them. Bryant has multiple pet peeves, one of the strongest being late work. She plans to broaden her writing skills in her time on staff. Bryant is introverted and doesn’t identify strongly with any groups within the school. She hopes to be a part of the DECA community, gaining financial literacy, hospitality, and subject management skills. Newspaper is a promising world she hopes will welcome her to learn and educate others. Outside of school, Bryant participates as an active member of the community, volunteering in a wide range of events. She’s an avid baker and a great player in the card game Spoons.
