This video explores the causes and effects of stress student’s are experiencing when applying for colleges and thinking about their futures. School competition, as well as peer and family pressure can be driving factors, and students often struggle with finding balance between school work, extracurriculars and their personal life. The Blaze staff asked Phoenix seniors and College and Career Specialist Tiziana Marchante about their journey navigating through high school while dealing with stress, while also highlighting the importance of prioritizing mental and physical health.
