Nat Bodman’s performance started with him covered in glow sticks around his body, extenuating certain parts. The lights turned off and he was glowing. With the audience in shock, he started dancing on stage to “Sugar Plum Fairy” from the “Nutcracker.”

Pre-performance:

Q: What have you been doing to prepare?

NB: [I’ve been] practicing my dance, and making my costume because it’s a glow stick dance. It’s going to be in the dark and you will see the figure of a glow stick person.

Q: What is your act?

NB: I’m doing a ballet dance [to ‘Sugar Plum Fairy’].

Post-performance:

Q: How do you think your performance went?

NB: I think my performance went really well, it got the crowd going and everyone was involved and I thought it was really fun.

Q: How do you think your surprise guest impacted the audience?

NB: I think the impact of how funny it was won them over even more.
