Involved in many other extracurricular activities such as SCA, cross country, and National Honors Society, this will be Iyush's first year being a staff member of "The Blaze." Wanting to do something new as a senior, he hopes to gain knowledge or insight for future references such as college applications, but also to have a good time in the newspaper. Alongside being an avid sports fan that got interested in the sports aspect of the newspaper, Iyush loves current events because he thinks that it’s important to know what’s going on in the world, especially in today’s day and age.
